1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing TuniPlay, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

TuniPlay is an educational video content platform that allows creators to publish and sell their videos, and users to purchase and watch content.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Accurate and up-to-date information required
• You are responsible for password confidentiality
• One account per person only

4. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Creators retain their copyrights
• By publishing, you grant TuniPlay a non-exclusive license to host and distribute
• You may not download, copy, or redistribute content
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND)
• Payment via D17, Flouci, or credit card
• 25% commission charged on sales (creators)
• Refund possible within 7 days if video not watched

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Strictly forbidden:

• Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Copyright infringement
• Explicit sexual content
• False promises or scams
• Spam or unauthorized advertising

7. ADVERTISING

• TuniPlay may display ads on free videos
• Ad revenue is shared: 60% creator, 40% platform

8. TERMINATION

TuniPlay may suspend or close your account for violating terms, without refund.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TuniPlay does not guarantee content accuracy and is not liable for decisions made based on viewed content.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to Tunis courts.
